Hello! I am thrilled to be joining the Cedar House Birth Collective team. I have been a Perinatal nurse for nearly 15 years and can’t imagine doing any other type of work. I believe being part of a family’s pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey is one of life’s greatest privileges.

Most of my career was spent in Ontario until my family and I relocated to the Comox Valley in 2022. I am grateful every day for the privilege to work, raise my family, and play on the traditional unceded territory of the K’omoks First Nations.

When I’m not at work you will most likely find me outside. I have a passion for mountain biking, hiking, trail building, and snowboarding. Nature is what keeps me grounded.
