I graduated from Dalhousie Medical school in Halifax, NS in 2014. I moved across the country to complete my family medicine residency at the University of Calgary, where I spent most of my free time playing in the Rockies.

 

I began my move to Vancouver Island in the early days of the pandemic, after meeting my partner on a mountain biking trip the year before and falling in love! I have been providing perinatal care in communities across Alberta and BC since 2016, but I feel so lucky to have made my home here in the Comox Valley where I have to privilege to work and play on these beautiful unceded lands of the K’omoks First Nation.

 

I am honoured to share the journey of pregnancy, delivery, the early weeks of newborn care, and beyond with my patients and families. I am so excited to be joining my midwifery and family physician colleagues in the Cedar House Birth Collective and looking forward to working closely together on your journey to parenthood.
