I am a passionate and experienced International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Childbirth Educator, and former Doula with a decade of dedicated practice. Prior to my work in lactation consulting and childbirth support, I spent many years as an Early Childhood Educator, fostering a deep understanding of child development and family dynamics. My compassionate approach and wealth of knowledge make me a trusted ally for families seeking guidance and support during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.

I have two boys of my own – one born in hospital, one born at home. When I’m not working, I am skiing, biking, hiking, boating or camping with my family.
